Hmmm.. then I would say 1 week to 6 months time. Each case is different and no-one knows what speeds/slows an application. Some people get PPR in 2 weeks, some in 6 months, some applications take longer. If I am correct RPRF request happens just before PPR, which gives you an idea of the timeline.
