Attested or just photocopy!!!!

Hi Friends,

I am applying for FSWP and i am confused which document i have to get attested and which not...

I have included below mentioned photocopy, please suggest me which one should be attested and which one not...

- Passport (front and back)
- transcript
- degree marksheet and certificate
- birth certifiacte
- leaving certficate (college)
- previous and present conmany's salary slip, offer letter, promotion letter, releaving letter.
- PF statatement from bank
- 3 months bank statement
- reference letter(from both company)
- 2 years ITR

Please help me to figure it out....thanks in advance

Refer to your checklist. It shows which are to be notarized. You don't need to get attested/certified if not mentioned.

Please check the Document Checklist and Application Guide. All the photocopies should be notarized.
