I want to ask something. Do i need to attest all the photo copies of the documents that i am sending for immigration or just photo copies are fine ?

Photo copies are enough.
VO / CIC do not value any attestation from Pakistan , they will conduct verifications through there own sources

Yes, attestation is important, it can be done by any gvt class1 officer or Notary is enough. However, it will not end here, they will also conduct independent inquiry through some private agency to make sure documents are not forged.
