i sent my document to cio on feb 07 2014. however, i sent my t4 and paystub but i did not send my noa since it takes about 3 more weeks to get it.
should i email them my noa after i receive my noa? if so, can anyone tell me exactly how to send them an email??

thanks in advance.

Hi, you have already sent your application now. So here is what u can do before sending your application: You can register your account with CRA online and can print your copy of NOA from there as i did when i sent my application and they never asked me for original one.
But......now your application is already sent so, wait. Lets c if they ask for it. Mostly they can pull your record from CRA directly.

Wait for the AOR and then email the documents. Do not send anything before you get the AOR. I have instructions on how to contact CPC on my website.

I am July 2013 applicant, I sent only T4 and pay stubs. CIC didn't ask me for NOA yet.

agree with iam_toby , wait for your AOR first so when you send your NOA, CIC can attach it to your file. This way is easier for everyone.
