Attaching letter

How do you go abouts including a letter in your package? I have somethings on my app that I can't provide so I want to include a letter explaining. Do I just title the letter like for example "IMM5533 supporting documents, section 1" ?

Hi,

That is what we did for my wife and made sure the accompanying letter followed in order of the IMM pages it was regarding. We had about 4 or 5 explanation letters that we sorted as above and our application was accepted with no problems.

I had several 'appendices' to IMM forms where the space provided was insufficient or where I thought an explanation was warranted. I added the IMM form number in the header of a Word document on one side and my full name on the other side. I also put 'Page X of Y' in the footer. Then repeated the question number and text and included my full response. I added a sign and date signature block at the end of the appendix and put this behind the form it related to in my overall pack sequence.

We had a lot of explanatory letters / additional sheets. For each we mentioned the form number and title, the Question number (and we copied the question wording too) and then proceeded with our answer. Each additional sheet was clipped to the form it belonged to. We even had additional letters for some Checklist items which we kept at the end after the forms.

In all the additional sheets/letters we had a header mentioning sponsors name and dob, prinicpal applicants name and DOB, and the class of application. (Family)

Yes we are adding letters to questions from the checklist. A letter explaining we are living with parents to be specific.
