Working visa just came Saskatoon by applying LMO as a kitchen helper
The contract was full time
Due to cafe was not busy only getting 25 hours a week

Now the question is when Cec will apply does it effect on application

Or how it can be solved.

Tho the owner promise as long as cafe would be busy will increase 40 hour per week

Pls help

Under 30 hours is considered part time - are you paid hourly?

Is paid hourly $13 per hour

How I can solve this problem so that no bad effect on Cec application

Total two month is problem continuing

Pls help

Delay your application by 2 months is the safest bet - other people will be able to tell you if working at 40 hours would count - I'm not sure it does though I'm afraid

My owner said end of year his letter will write I was one yr full time employee
But I don't want to break any immigration law bcz it was very hard to get visa

Also I don't know T4 ( tax paid certificate ) will show I worked less than full time 3 months

Pls help

Yes, the T4 will show you didn't work full time.

What's not clear to me is, are you expecting to apply for CEC? Because "kitchen helper" (NOC 6711) is not a skilled position and will not qualify....

You might want to look into the Saskatchewan provincial nominee program (SINP) -

I agree with jes_ON here. The position of a kitchen helper does not make you
eligible under CEC class.
