Dear Members,

I want to confirm that some consultants are offering to buy job offers for us to be eligible for AIP program and promising PR in one year time. They are charging around CAD 40k. Is this a genuine one or not? Please guide.

The fact that you are asking means you know it sounds too good to be true. There are a few red flags: Falsifying a job offer (buying) is illegal in the process and can get you a 5 year ban; no consultant can promise you PR, that alone should tell you its a scam. People are desperate to come to Canada and some so-called consultants are willing and able to take advantage of that. You should do more research, earlier this year IRCC sent home hundreds of student/workers from India who used a consultant to falsify admission letters and job offers. Don't get duped! The process is 100% clear on the IRCC website, anything outside of that is a scam.
