I just came to know that the consent form for my ATIP request is not considered valid by the ATIP section of CIC and they asked my file requester to give the new consent form from me. Now my question is, the last consent form which I sent to my requester contains my sign in photo format (Adobe PDF Sign Option) I just simply signed on white paper and then scanned that paper and add that signature photo to the form digitally and then send it to my requester by e-mail. I want to confirm one thing that is it necessary that I need to physically print the form and then sign it and then send the physical paper to canada to my requester to sign again and then scan the form and then attach to application. Or just the digitally signatured PDF document is enough for the processing?
