ATIP : HOW EXACTLY DO YOU FILL IN THE APPLICATION ?

Folks,
When you fill up your request they ask you if you want


"physical" file ?

or "notes in electeronic file"

Whats the difference between this 2 options ?

Whice one should I select if I want to know what's going on in my file?

I selected Notes in Electronic file. I didn't care of a copy of the physical file that would have hand written notes on it

To clarify : Physical file is a copy of your documents/applications....will contain any hand written notes. Notes in Electronic file is what's entered on the system.

You want to order the Electronic file, the physical file if selected can delay your ongoing application as the ATIP officer will have to access the physical file to make copies off
