Am a refugee in Uganda but I don't know how to get asylu!m in Canada
You need to find someone willing to sponsor you. You cannot apply on your own.

This means that you must either have a family member or close friend in Canada who is willing to sponsor you through the Group of Five sponsorship program. Or you must contact and find a Sponsorship Agreement Holder (SAH) organization willing to sponsor you. Most SAHs are no longer accepting sponsorships. Your best option is Group of Five if you have family / close friends in Canada.

If you have received refugee status in Uganda, you probably can’t. Canada changed its laws late last year to prevent people with existing refugee status from claiming asylum in Canada. Would suggest you look into regular immigration programs.

Hi,
I have a question. I applied for Australian protection visa back in 2016 and after 6 monthes I had an interview with Australian immigration. But I haven’t received any decision and left the country in December . I had 3 years ban aswell which is completed in December 2019.
Now I applied for Canadian PR through express entry and my wife is main applicant and I have a son, means we have applied as a whole family.
Currently m working in Dubai since 2017 December.
So I want some clarification on it wether my Australian protection visa application going effect on our Canadian express entry or not.
how many percent chance that we will get Canadian PR visa. As my wife is main applicant and we have son aswell means that we are applied as family.
Please help me in this regards.
thanks.

It will not impact Express Entry provided you are 100% honest about your immigration history in your application. It doesn't matter who the main applicant is.

If you do get PR your extended family members may struggle to visit. Having an asylum claim in your background has longterm implications.

Is her job offer supported by an approved LMIA?

Yess her job offer supported by an approved LMIA.
Then you should be fine provided you are honest in your application about your immigration history.
