Sir , My daughter is 21 years old and she is a special child. Can we file Full family asylum on the behalf of my special daughter. And how much time will it take to get verdict on asylum.

Yes I am in Canada now on tourist visa now.
Living and social Conditions and also future upkeep of special children is really very bad in my native country. This is the real reason we are thinking of taking asylum.

That won't qualify you for asylum.

To have a chance of asylum, you need to prove:

1. Outside your country of Citizenship (you are)
2. Have a well-founded fear of persecution
3. This fear must be based on the following grounds

a. Race/Ethnicity
b. Religion
c. Nationality
d. Membership in a particular social group
e. Political Opinion

4. Must show that state protection (the government) is not available in your home country
5. Must show that you cannot move somewhere in home country to escape persecution.

You do not qualify under any of these and will not be able to claim asylum.

You should look at the Economic Immigration streams if you want to move to Canada.

Our Socity back home is not so mature to accept the special child.special child don't get proper care and attention from the socity. And also every special child had some hidden QualityQuali God.but for that we need to provide such a social environment to the child so that she can realize her pontential and can be self reliant in future.

None of this matters. I understand you are trying to give your child a better life, but there is no chance of getting asylum on these grounds. I'm not being unkind to you - just trying to explain that your reasons for asking for asylum do not meet the legal definition and requirements in Canada.

You can go talk to an immigration lawyer and get more detailed information.

As someone has already pointed out a disabled child or developmentallt delayed child does not allow you to remain in Canada. You also may not realize there are very little suppprt for diasabled adults in Canada. It is essentially left up tp the parents to care for the adult.
