Asylum seeker outside Canada

1.Iam living bangaladesh and I have asylum seeker documents and my uncle living canada.
2.my question is what is condition is needed for me in order my uncle to start process?

Unfortunately you can't apply for asylum if you out of Canada unless your uncle has set up a private sponsorship for you and they will be funding your living costs for a year. The private sponsorship group fills out the paperwork in that case.

thanks sir I have paper of assylum seeker which is valid 6 mounths If I send this paper can my uncle apply for me.sir what condition is needed my uncle

Perhaps you are applying for a TRV? Your uncle can not submit an asylum application for you. You need to apply when already in Canada.

Your uncle should look into the Group of Five sponsorship program.
