asylum pending in USA wish to apply for a pr in canada

Hi i have an asylum pending case in the US for a year and still awaiting for my interview. On the other hand i did clear my ielts with 7.5 and have a job offer letter from a canadian company in my respective field. Can i apply for a PR?? and what would be the chances of denial
