hi..im working as a live-in-caregiver and i have a bf here who is working but his status is refugee.if we get married,is there a chance that the immigration will refuse me because of is status?if we are married he plan to go back home voluntarily and wait for me to sponsor him nxt yr..if they will do background check and they will know that he was a refugee here before.do you think that they will refuse my papers because of him?hoping for a response
