Hello,

I would highly appreciate your help in identifying the correct NOC code for my role. My job duties overlap with multiple NOCs, and I am having difficulty determining the most accurate match. I did my Masters in Leadership in Canada and I did dentistry from India.

Currently I work for a home care agency, and my responsibilities include:
1. Conduct interviews of potential candidates, recruiting and onboarding caregivers
2. Training and orienting new caregivers

3. Accompanying the community health manager in home assessments at clients residential home and Serving as the first point of contact for clients and their families

4. Assessing care notes and reaching out to caregivers to address concerns or necessary improvements

5. Having caregivers report back to me on client conditions and care concerns.
Supervising caregivers and monitoring the quality of care provided.

6. Creating and modifying care plans and ADLs for clients

10. Assisting in policy development and documentation, including the employee handbook and Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines

11. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

12. Attending career fairs and exhibitions to represent the company
