Hi hi I need some assistance regarding my asylum case I want to know my asylum case was rejected / withdrawal in Ireland so I come back in 2015 and now now I am in Canada and apply asylum there but I did not mention them that I was withdrawal my asylum application in Ireland, so my question is that did the find hit that I have been applied asylum in in Ireland in 2015 or it will be bad impact my Salem application in Canada thank

Of course Canada will know, countries share information .

And it will probably have a bad impact. Hiding (or attempting to hide) information like previous refugee claims is misrepresentation. That’s pretty much a non starter.

My question would be , how’d you get into Canada with a denied /withdrawn asylum claim from a EU country ?

The fact you have previously applied for asylum will come up in background checks. You should correct the paperwork you have submitted as soon as possible to include this information.

Thanks for your reply but in 2015 when my asylum case withdrawal from Ireland then I was come back in my home country and than i apply the TRV I 2018 but irash authorities and my lawer also told me theirelend did not share any asylum information with US and Canada is it right?

If it wasn’t shared before it’ll be shared now . Look at it this way , you’re asking for asylum from a country , to live permanently, do you seriously think that Canada will not be doing a search thru your back ground ? You don’t think they’ll not be comparing your asylum case now to your previous case ?

Background check for refugees are more intensive than for tourist visas. Canada will know about your claim.

The details of your asylum claim will not be shared with Canada. What will be shared is that you applied for asylum in Ireland.
