Assistance Required on Processing Center & Mail Application

Hi

I am Appling for PR under CEC from India, As per Instructions I have to mail application & fee to "Sydney, Nova Scotia (Canada)".

How ever Could some one help me on the below points

1) Do I need only Indian Post to mail application for “Sydney, Nova Scotia (Canada)". ? Or can I have any Courier services

2) Include 2 self-addressed mailing labels. Is these labels should be India Post labels or any Envelope Covers with mailing address?

3) Do i need select processing centre as India Office? Or else?

1. Any courier where you have tracking number.
2. No envelopes. Just small piece of paper with your address.
3. I do not know this.

Since you're applying from India, the visa office should be Canadian High Commission - New Delhi.
