Good day everyone.
My name is Benjamin and i require certain answers since i have little to no experience in the topic, every response will be of much appreciation.
So far, the information i've collected points out that in order for me to be able to work in canada i need to obtain 3 things.
- A job offer.
- A labor market opinion
- A work permit (it comes after the previous 2)
However, it is of my understanding that there is a criteria that you have to fulfill as an individual to get the rightful approval.
This being said, my question is..
Do i have a considerable chance of getting the approval taking in consideration that i do not have a professional degree?
If so, is there an specific visa that i should be looking for? like in the case of the U.S which has a visa for my circumstances.

looking forward for answers.
Kind regards.

Generally speaking, it's extremely difficult to secure a job offer as a foreign worker. Most employers aren't willing to go through the LMIA process since it's long and expensive, they have to prove they couldn't hire a Canadian for the role, and there's no guarantee of approval. Having said that, some people are successful and you can certainly try. Overall, I would say your chances are low.

***Note they are now called LMIAs. LMO is the old name that's no longer used.
