Assigned A Provisional File Number

Hello all,

I am applying to Canada under the skilled worker category. I had previously applied back in 2008 and was assigned a provisional file number. Do I need to mention this when applying this time?

There is no place in any of the forms where such information is requested.

Bottom line is do not give information you were not asked, give accurate information where you are asked, do not submit documents that were not requested and lastly, make sure you submit all the required documents.

There are no provisional file numbers, either it is a UCI number or Application File number...I think you are talking about UCI number....
