rob, did you provide details of when you were going to get married also? or just details of your engagement?

I'm not sure whether to include invites and details of the ceremony being booked etc. the wedding in august so it depends o processing times but we could be approved before that even happens?

No. Just the general fact we were engaged was all we included.

Remember you are applying common-law, so the fact you have arranged a wedding shouldn't really affect the application. And from what others have said regarding VOs transferring common-law apps to marriage apps and putting them on hold until the wedding is done... would cause me to not give too much info here.

so maybe its best to do something similar to you ... show we are engaged (the ring and the facebook update) and mention we are commited and intend to arrange a wedding later in the year instead of saying that we have a wedding planned and a venue and we are ready to go?
