Assembler Title work experience with maintenance technician duties and reference letter

Hello,

I am working as an assembler - Electrical Breaker shop. But my duties there as a Maintenance Technician and assemble the breaker and refurbish, repair, and testing the breaker. If they provide me a reference letter for maintenance Technician duties, so can count my experience as per the type B category?
