I have requested for a study permit (master in Ryerson University) and at the same time my husband has requested for an open work permit. I have submitted our docs on Jun 20, 2019 and my CIC profile shows ''we are processing your application'', but a week ago i received a request letter for uploading my CV... and I did so. But till now my profile shows that they are reviewing my additional requested document (CV). and when I asked inquiry they told me that we are checking your background checks... now I would like to know how long it will take to check my CV and background check???
