To All,

I have this friend who wants to apply as PNP but she has no relatives live at Canada. Is she have chance or she can apply as PNP even she has no relatives? If she can apply in what category she
can be? In what place she can apply MANITOBA or ALBERTA?

Please help.

For manitoba PNP, no need relatives, if aplicant have 2 freinds who can sign affidavet of support, then he/she can apply Manitoba PNP. Alberta PNP need blood relations/close relatives.... other case... he/she need a Job offer from any province in order to apply as PNP applicant.

Job offer is out of thinking, the rule is that any office seeking ppl for any job has to get failed to get any application for the job they seek applicant for two weeks. Only then The office will be allowed to look bringing people from abroad. tough.
