I am renting a room in Ontario, and I need to move out the soonest. I already paid one month deposit to landlord.
1- How should I communicate with landlord to move out legally?
2- Should I pay November rent, or is there any way if I told landlord that I am moving.
3- Will I be refunded my one month deposit?

Not enough information. Do you have a lease (e.g. one year lease? When did you sign it / when does the lease end?

Yes, I had a lease agreement for one year from 2018-2019 and then the landlord sent the normal notice for increasing the annual rent and I continued paying monthly basis. In this notice, It is written that I should raise a notification before 60 days in advance to landlord to move out.In addition, I have paid one month as a deposit. Now, I relocated suddenly and I need to find the fastest legal way to move out. What should I do legally??

You need to give at least 60 days' notice legally. So if you give notice now, you would need to pay rent for November and then your landlord would also keep the one month deposit to cover rent in December.
