Hello everyone. I applied for a temporary resident visa to visit my fiancé and his family for 3 months and it was rejected, like this:
"• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history."
I am aware that I should have attached the proof of the flight ticket departing from Canada and I did not do it because I was afraid of losing my ticket due to the visa processing time, so I wrote a letter giving the addresses of the places where I am going to to host, so if I apply for a visa again, I think it would work by attaching the flight ticket departing Canada.
But with the problem of the travel history, I have only left my country twice and it was a few years ago and for them it is not enough, so it is complicated. So according to my common sense, when answering the questions that the platform throws up to probe what documents it is going to ask you for, I think the best thing is to put that you have never left the country, so that the platform does not ask you for travel history, and maybe so can work... Anyone out there who can give me some advice or guidance on what to do about it? I am not going to stay in Canada, I must return to my country to finish pending issues and then get married and start another migration process.
Thanks
