She has a payment plan and keeps up to date with it. Said she's almost finish paying it off

As long as the father is living with the child he can apply for child benefit. Just checking that they have been living together for one continuous year at least. Have they not filed for sponsorship?

They have been living together for 2yrs and no they haven't file for sponsorship

What are they waiting for? She
Ikely didn’t have medical coverage during her pregnancy. You think that would be incentive enough. She could be deported until she gets status. Encourage they start sponsorship ASAP.
