asking about steps

good morning guys
i got my csq and i sent my federal file a year ago
they called me from the canadian embassy in beirut asking me about some points
i asked her if my file will be be finished soon
she told me no we are now in the first step

i wanna know wha will bethe next step is it the medical exam and after how many time ill ge it
