Asked to redo medical test

Hello Guys,

I applied for my PR on March 2020 under CEC Express Entry. My account was showing 100% complete and I gave my biometric on November 2020. Today 18th March 2021 I got a mail from CIC with the form IMM1017E asking me to redo my medical test. Is that normal? I don't know what's wrong. Any advice is recommended. Thanks.
 
Medicals are valid for a year. Yours have most probably expired. It is at the discretion of IRCC to either extend them or ask you to redo them. So do what they asked you to.
