Asked me to resend Q8+12 in Schedule A within 5 days.......what to do?

Dear all,
LVO sent me an email asking me to resend Q8+12 in Schedule A within 5 days as there was gap in time.......what shall I do? Can I send them by email? what do you suggest? Please help me it is urgent.

I sent them this refilled Schedule A via email ONLY and in 2 months i got MR. So fill, scan and send email ASAP.
