Asked for Schedule A form

I am the secondary applicant. Last night we received ADR of schedule A form. However they wrote it like , they need following documents. Underneath there is two bullet points. One says just my name and another says schedule A form , number and all. However in the system they opened a folder under my husband's supporting documents instead of mine. I am now confused that whose documents they want?

It looks like your husband is the principal applicant. You can upload it under his documents and fill the form with your details by selecting "Spouse" in the first section of the form:

I was also asked to submit Schedule for me and my spouse. The placeholders for both was under my name.

So no issues, go ahead and upload it..
The letter would have explained for whom the Schedule A is required. fill it accordingly
