ask WES For Free?

HI everybody,
I have some questions about a certificate and whether it is equivalent to a second degree or not
can I ask WES about a certificate For Free?

I don't think you would be able to do that. It's difficult enough for those who have sent documents to WES to contact them for delays.

thanks but who can know my certificate is Equivalent to a second degree?
