I am planning to ask refugee claim
But confused
My question
First of all i have visitor visa to canada
I am from arab country which is no war in
Its safe and am single
Please if anyone have information
Which is the best province for asking refugee claim and high percentage to accept my claim?!?!
British Columbia or alberta

And which is best reason to give me refugee claim
Is converting religion accept !!
Or atheist !!

If your from a country that’s peaceful and your safety is not at risk , why would you even think about claiming asylum ? Maybe you should read up on what claiming asylum is really used for

Convert my religion

And if some religious people know about me they will kill me

Refugees are under federal jurisdiction. Doesn’t matter which province you are in, it’s all done by the federal government.

You are going to have to show how you were actually practicing your new religion in your home country even though your life was at risk and that your friends and family are aware of your conversion. Pretty huge risk to lie when you could be refused and returned home. Getting asylum is not an easy process. Many get denied. Immigrate by other means you are not an asylum seeker.
