ask about CEC application

Hello, everyone.
I am new here. I am sorry to ask you some questions.
1 It seems that the salary must be more than the average for the NOC. How about the average salary for 2112, chemists. Or how to get the information about the average salary for 2112, chemists?

2 How to calculate the salary per hour? Before tax or after tax? Such as, 30000$ per year, 30000$/ 1950 hours, if before tax.

3 How to count the hours per day? Can we count 9 hours per day, if the employer can certify?

4 Is there any requirement of age or years for CEC applicants? I mean if one older than 44 years old can not apply.

5 How about school transcripts? Are all school transcripts of bachelor,master and doctor needed?

My salary was no where near the average, I was really below as a supervisor I was first earning minimum and then a $ increase.

2) salary is normally calculate per hours bases on the rate or could be your monthly salary for eg. say $16/hr and you work 40hrs a week = 16*40 as for taxes you have to check the local income tax rate at CRA or check with your employer

3)under the CEC for graduates you need 1 year of 37.5 paid hours per week and 2 years for under the worker category, you will have to state the number of hours worked under the employment letter and I would also submit the pay subs as a back up. It doesnt matter if you work 9 hours a day, you just need to prove you worked 37.5 per week

4) I have never heard of any age restriction for CEC

5)if you are applying under the graduate program , you need to attach all copies of your transcript of courses taken in Canada check the document check list page 3

I have recieved portal Confirmation email twice(Reminder Email)?
I received my first email on Nov 3,I did reply with all information.
Today i received another email asking for same information again, the pdf attachment subject says "**Reminder** IRCC Permanent Residence Portal (Permanent Residence
Confirmation)"
Did this happen to anyone else? Its unusual
Plz help
