Hello,
Thanks in advance for helping me every time.

I am a self employed dentist.I want to ask that, after ITA,in my profile, do I and my wife need to upload our clinic photographs,Income Tax Return?? As of now they have asked me only the employment records.

And 1 more question is as my wife is principle applicant, she has the passport issued before marriage, now I can't change the sirname, as it is too late, so LOE would be enough with a name change legal document and marriage certificate.?

Thanks

If your wife is the PA, only her work experience counts. Assuming you aren't a dentist working in Canada, your work experience is irrelevant to this PR application.

There is no need to change the surname on their passport. Your marriage certificate is enough to prove the relationship, no affidavit or LoE required.

It is preferred to provide the IT return documents as you are self-employed. The clinic photographs is not a requirement.

Not everybody change their last name after marriage. Unless your spouse's name is consistent with all her other documents submitted i.e. PCC, Birth Certificate, IT returns and the passport you should be good in shape.

Hope this helps.
