My DD will be expired on 5th may i don want any more delays due to DD can u pls tell me what is the best thung to do in this situation ?

App recieved on 25th feb

And its mentioned on my DD that valid for 3 months only


I havevemailed oinp abt this i didnt got any reply from them from last 20 days I didn't got no re reply

I have also called them but they r not helping me

What to do now ????

Recommend that you get a new DD drawn, and FedEx it priority immediately. Include an explanation letter explaining your situation, the reason for the new DD, your EE file number, and a request to please destroy the old DD.
Also fax and/or email them an explanation letter explaining that the old DD is almost expired, and you are sending in a new one, which should be there by (date your fedex package is due to reach), and you would appreciate it if they could use the new DD over the older one.

Ask your bank if it is cleared by Ontario bank. my Dd was cleared in 3 months.

you cannot destroy the Dd, or u lose your money. You need the old DD back to get refund. you can send new one asking them to send the old one back.
In such case to play safe, you must wait for application to be returned than you can send new application with fresh DD valid for Six months.

They do extend but not without returning them the old DD. If u give them the old DD they will issue a new one against that DD.

yes than call OINP and confirm they will send the old DD back. OR take a risk. IF they dont return the old DD you will not get refund.
most probably your Dd must have been en cashed like mine. My DD was dated 14th Dec and was en cachsed on 14th march.

I have called them already emailed them for the same on 1st of march till not i aint got any reply from them
