Relax mate. Not all companies use stamps. I used reference letters without stamps and SINP accepted them.
Was it on official letterhead?
Was it signed by responsible officer?
Did it contain roles and responsibilities in CIC format?
Did it contain your work hours and annual pay?
Did it mention your start and end dates (if you no longer work there)

If the answer to all the above is yes, you should be good to go

As long as the letter is on the company letterhead, and signed, you don't need to worry about it not being stamped. Relax :)
(Just make sure it meets all the content requirements of a letter of reference!)

Hi One_Topsy,

Could you please clarify, What does roles and responsibilities in CIC format mean?

Thanks.

These refer to your job description- essentially, your roles and responsibilities that you perform as part of the job. When you apply under EE, the job description and duties must line up with the description of the NOC you are applying under to at least a reasonable degree.

Aaaa... alright.

I thought there is a specific format.

I'm good then.

Thanks Aragorn.

There is no format- as long as the letter explicitly outlines your job duties and responsibilities, and those line up with your declared NOC to a reasonable degree (60% or more), you are good to go :)
