Hi Asivad,

Need your input on that..

Received ITA under FSW . I have 4 years experience with 4 different employers(all out of Canada) and my current employer is not willing to provide my roles and responsibilities, but providing all the other details just fine. Deleting that employer from my post ITA profile would not change my CRS score but it will change my FSW score minus 2 points(but I will still be eligible to apply under FSW).

What is your suggestion on my situation? Upload the employment letter as it is without duties&responsibilities. Add additional documents about the nature of my job, online job application screenshots and emails which have job duties&responsibilities but not on a company letterhead or any stamp, etc..
Or completely delete that record from work history and keep it in my personal history?

If I go with the first option and upload what they provide + LOE,etc, does that effect cic's decision compared to option 2.

Which one is giving them a reason to reject?

Doesn't matter what you do because either way you'll not be awarded those additional points (whether you delete that experience altogether or retain it and provide insufficient documentation). As you point out, you have qualifying points regardless of that job so your call to take it out or leave it in there. Makes no difference to your application. Removing that job from Work history has the minor advantage of leaving you with 1 less document upload placeholder.

Thanks so much Asivad. Do I need to upload a LOE why I deleted that record and point out that it does not change anything in my core or eligibility.
 
An LOE isn't necessary, no harm if you add one though.

1. Supporting employment history and documents
2. Documentation to show work experience match with NOC 2011

My reference letters from 3 companies are dated few weeks before ITA. Do you think that may cause any issue, should i ask them to reissue the reference letters with current date?
