Pay stubs are supplementary evidences - not required at all if you're an FSW applicant with complete reference letters.

Might be helpful if you're a CEC applicant trying to prove continuous employment to help with POF.

Might also help if you're FSW/CEC applicant with incomplete reference letters and will come in handy as additional evidence if you are trying to make good with a notarized declaration of employment.

Hope that helps. All the best!

Just sharing my experience - my husband is CEC on LMO - the immigration consultant required ALL paystubs. She said if there are few missing, it is OK, but she wanted s many as possible. We did have them as we were in touch with her since the time we obtained WP, so she was giving us instructions long before we were even able to apply. Then if you don't have them, I guess you might be able to prove your income from your bank account, or maybe your employer can give you copies of your paystubs - they have to keep this kind of paperwork for years. But as mentioned i above comment - this is for CEC, not FSW.

Thanks Asivad.

I will be FSW candidate and will obtain all the reference letetrs from each employer certainly. So, I should not bother about Pay stubs. great!!!

Thanks terulinkarezinka for sharing your expereince as well.

It helps!!!
