Asivad Anac and other Geniuses-Profile Ineligible even after Ive qualified

Someone please help me-
I received ITA and then declined it as I didnt want to misrepresent myself after my employer declined to provide an offer of employment for 2016.
Ive resubmitted about 5 profiles tonite but they are all coming back as ineligible for express entry.
They only aspect changing this time around is that I dont have a permanent job offer which shouldnot discredit my application in any way.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue?
Here are a few of my details
Foreign work experience- 4 years
Canadian work experience-1 year and 4 months
Age 28
Funds-more than 10000
Language-10,8,9,8
Relative in Canada-Yes
Canadian degree-Four year Bachelors-Honours

You seem to be very much elifible for both infact, CEC and FSW. Id request you to please wait for a bit, find a new computer and try again after xreating a beand new GCKey. Make sure you answer every question precisely and correctly. ask if you need help and youll be fine.

Clear your Internet Browser Cache Memory and then try again ... Hope it helps !

Did you input the IELTS results? (Although it might still ask for "French", which is wrong)?

No I put my celpip results

Its a technical glitch.. System is asking you to input your IELTS results not french test results.

What averma said. Unless of course French is your main / first language for the application.

French is not my main language-
Omg this is beyond frustrating

Then this is probably the solution. You have to select the English test you took and input those results.
