Its mention that caps can be reached for application sent after after 9/4/2014 - 12/23/2014?
Cap can be reached for apps rcvd. after 9/4/2014 - 12/23/2014?

My application has been submitted on 22nd October 2014, does it mean that my chances are less getting in :-\
At the time of my submission the caps for my NOC 2132 was 376 and then on 11/7/2014 it got to 532, after 17 days of my submission.
Please let me know will they reject my file :-[

I'm am worried about the same thing. I submitted my application on October 1st 2014, when the number of received applications for NOC 2171 was only at 330. Eversince the paperwork was out of my control the number of received applications started to increase more rapidly. It has reached the cap of 1000 a few days ago. I haven't heard any response from the CIO yet, so I've no idea what is going on..
