As an Indian student what are my chances of getting a canadian student visa?

I got admission into carleton university canada. Although I didnt get the major I wanted to so they the admitted me into an alternate program. They said I can transfer to my major next semester after taking some prerequisites course.

But I am moving to canada as a transfer student. I did 2 years of my university in US but decided to move to canada now.

Would appreciate what kind of views/feedback you have for me.

Well, I basically got suspended from US university for plagiarism. Though I have already got admission in two different universities, I plan going to canada now.

As far as home ties go, I believe that is judged by the financial position of my dad (sponsor), right? If so, I dont think that would be an issue.

Hi jeet... when you done with your last studies??? you need to great strong SOP.... SHowing bank balance does not shows strong ties but some other issues like parents are older you have land there which need physical care etc etc.. and you have some offers from your country..conditional offer mentioning the course you need to attend stating that we are pleased to know that Mr. XYZ is going for his studies.. we offer him for the post of ..........(this post should be study related) if he come back and join us with up to date salary package plus insentives!!!!!!.... it wil show that you have offers and you have intentions to come back......!! try to contact with some employers in your city....!!!(you know what i mean....)
