As a sponsor do I need to provide proof of employment last five years and transcript to prove my education for IMM5532?

When I looked at the checklist, it didn't say anything about providing documentation for it but I just want to make sure and ask people who have already done the application. Also, is CIC only asking to check my income level? Will CIC also ask about job experience from 5+ years ago at the possible interview?

You don't have to provide proof of employment as per your IMM 5532. You are expected to provide a letter from your current employer as well as your Notice of Assessment from 2019.
