I got my Canadian study permit application approved. Now am planning to go to Canada. My questions are as follows:
I am a H1b worker in the US with an Indian Passport. First time I go there on 8/17, I want to travel by air, get my study permit done at the POE, perhaps get my accommodation figured and then come back to the States, since I am still employed and employment will end once I resign by 8/31. Program begins per study permit application on September 1 but thats a Saturday, so orientation on Sept 4 and classes on Sept 10. So for a bit, I'll be a H1b worker and also hold a Canadian study permit - Is that a problem - for Canadian Immigration and my entry back into the US later
Next time when I travel to Canada on Aug 31 or Sept 1, I will travel by train so that I can take a lot of baggage for relatively cheap. I don't think it'll be an issue but wanted to check.
