Hi,
I was arrested in 2013 in UK. I was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Police saw the CCTV evidence and released me with No further action.

My UK police clearance certificate says "NO TRACE". Its the same as that of my wife who has a clean record.

Do I have to declare this on my express entry application? (I got my ITA). The question also is tricky, I understand it as " Committed+Arrested+Charged" or "Committed + Arrested+Convicted". I have neither committed the crime, nor have I been charged or convicted for it.

You can say NO to this question.

Hi guys,

I was arrested in 2019 and then NFA in 2020. Do I have to still say yes in my tourist visitor application form?

I am yet to apply for a tourist visa.. Indian passport.. ILR in the UK

Be truthful whatever it is, it would be misinterpretion if not. Also UK share their data with Canada, moreover what do you think that if you will hide it they won't be able to find it. Save you from trouble in the future and a ban.
