Arrange Marriage Sponsorship

Hi Everyone!

I am in arranged marriage and trying to sponsor my wife. If I provide an affidavit to CIC (describing the merits of our relationship) from both my parents and my wife's parents what should I talk about in those affidavits? and would those be notarized in backhome or Canada?
