Argentina-Ontario-Immigration-Help!!!

Hello everyone! I need your help. I would like to live in Canada. This is my story:

Im a 24 year old English Teacher living in Argentina. My uncle, that is to say my mom's cousin, is living in Ontario. I have talked to him about moving there but I have some doubts. I was wondering if you could answer my questions so as to give me some guidance on how to proceed.

-Can my uncle sponsor me? he is a Canadian citizen. If he does it, Can I get a Permanent Residence Status?
-My biggest concern is my other half. If I get married here in Argentina before travelling, can he obtain a PR status too?

Most likely your uncle cannot sponsor you and you will have to immigrate independently.

Your uncle can only sponsor you if he has no spouse, no children, his parents are no longer living and he has no family in Canada.

Does your uncle meet the above criteria?

No, he doesn't.He has a family there. I read in a website of Canada that as his niece I could do it.. and in some other pages didn't mention that at all.
