I ve ben trying to pay the fees online since yesterday but CIC wouldn't let me, and it keeps saying "Transaction Not Approved" I tried to call the bank and they said that there is nothing wrong with my credit card and I can't contact the Call Centre either since today is the weekend.....what can I do , I only have one credit card and my study permit expiry date is tomorrow....and I don't have the IM 5401 either so I can't go to the bank to ask them to stamp it to me...please help me anyone..
