Area of Training - Computer Science (Bach.) Vs M.S Software Systems

Dear Experts,

Can I apply under Computer Science (Bach.) code with M.S in Software Systems Degree ? Am currently working as software engineer practising the education credential obtained.

Please note that My Bachelor's degree is in Mechanical Engineering.

Based on the solution/suggestion I would like to proceed further with my application, please guide me.
