Hi All,

If husband is in home country, wife with a study permit in Canada and Kid live with wife and study in Canada. What should we answer the below question for Kid when applying extend study permit?

Write 'No'. This question relates to a situation where parents are divorced/separated and liable to share partial/complete custody of a child.
 
in case you are a single mom and never married. But I have full legal custody of my daughter, what should I answer? and my daughter and I while in Canada.
