Are we allowed to work full time between 1+1 course study in Canada

I am currently doing a 1yrs course in Canada started in May 22 and am planning to do another course in May 23, My first course is of 8 months and will end by Dec 23 although my study permit is valid till April during this time can i do full time work ? If yes will that be affect my PGWP application ( will I be getting 3 yr WP) ?
